This is one of the best Assam-Meghalaya-Arunachal Pradesh. Clubbing the tour to Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya allows you to make the best use of your 10 days in North East.
This trip starts from Guwahati in Assam and takes you through the historic towns of Bomdila, Dirang, and others before reaching the destination of the first leg of the trip. In the second leg of the journey from Guwahati to Meghalaya, you explore Shillong, Cherrapunjee, Dawki, and Mawlynnong in around a week.
Arrive at Guwahati and get greeted by our representative at the airport. Start from Guwahati and head towards the Kaziranga National Park. Drive through vast plains and numerous Assamese towns and villages on your way. Take breaks for photography.
You are sure to be overwhelmed after coming face to face with the iconic one-horned rhinos, and the pride of Assam, among many other inhabitants of the jungle while enjoying your Kaziranga Jeep Safari. After the safari, head out to the Kaziranga Orchid Park nearby, to learn more about the colourful culture of the region, taste some authentic Assamese cuisine and not to forget, explore many species of orchids.
*If you visit the Kaziranga Orchid Park in the evening, you will also get to experience cultural performances that happen every evening.

Wake up early to head out for yet another Jungle safari in the Kaziranga National Park. This time, getting a chance to see the wildlife from much closer. After your Safari, have your lunch and start for Dirang.
We start from Kaziranga in the morning and enjoy our drive through the golden fields of Assam before we start climbing roads of Arunachal Pradesh, taking a newly built road that makes for a smooth drive and even better views. On our way, we stop by the beautiful Gyuto monastery and spend some time exploring it. We stop for lunch at a small Tibetan settlement, Tenzin Gang, en route, for lunch before proceeding further ahead. We halt at a lovely little town Dirang, overlooking two mountain rivers, for the night. Check-in to a beautiful homestay/Hotel in Dirang for the night.

We start for Tawang today and enroute, stop at the Nyukmadung war memorial and pay our respect to the fallen soldiers. We also learn about the Chinese intrusion in Arunachal Pradesh here.
Next, we stop at the mighty Sela Pass and soak in the gorgeous views of the surroundings. We visit & pay our respect to the war memorial there and then warm ourselves with piping-hot tea at the army canteen there before we resume our onward journey.
Then we stop for a small stroll by the lovely Sela Lake if time permits and then start for our next stop, the Nuranang waterfall (also known as the Jang Waterfall), the sheer grandness of which is sure to make your jaws drop. We reach our homestay/hotel in Tawang by late evening and call it a day.

We start our day by visiting the largest monastery in the world, the Tawang Monastery. We explore the place at our own pace before heading to the Urgelling monastery – the birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama.
In the evening, we visit the war memorial and experience the light and sound show at the Tawang War Memorial.

Next, we visit the beautiful Penga Teng Tso and the famous Madhuri Lake (also known as the Sangster Tso) on our way (or on our way back) to the Bumla pass India – China border.
We start early today and also explore the sight of numerous beautiful lakes and valleys at the higher reaches of the region. On our way to our first stop, the Penga Teng Tso, we drive through what was once the battlefield
From there we head to the uniquely beautiful Sungester Lake, also known as the Madhuri Lake of Koyla.
Finally, we head towards the India-China border at Bum-la and spend some time at the border before starting our return journey to Tawang.

Start at ease and re-trace the route you took to Tawang on your way up, all the way till you reach it and get ready for your journey to Bhalukpong.

Today is going to be a longish drive so, start a little early. Enjoy the views outside as the scenery changes almost every couple of hours. As you leave the towering mountains behind and get off the Trans-Himalayan highway, the flat plains of Assam welcome you.
Then, we start our Meghalaya Tour– the abode of clouds. Enjoy the beautiful drive through the Khasi hills and the gorgeous surroundings. Take quick photo breaks as you, please. As you near the final ascent to Shillong, the gorgeous Umiam Lake will present itself to you. Spend time there just taking in the breathtakingly beautiful surroundings. You can also go for a speedboat ride if you choose to, at your own expense. For the night, check in to your hotel in Shillong. After check-in you can go for walk and explore Police bazar market or call it a day.
Start the day with hearty breakfast at the hotel. Later, proceed for a day excursion to Mawlynnong which is also named as the cleanest village in Asia. Later pay a visit to Jingmaham Living Root Bridge. Walk around the charming Mawlynong Village. Stop at the beautiful waterfalls. Next, proceed for a visit to Dawki. The small border town in the Jaintia Hills is known for the picturesque Umngot River, which is a wonderful site in Meghalaya. Enjoy the scenic beauty. Experience a boat ride in the crystal-clear waters where you can feel like floating in the air as the water is so clear. Explore the nearby sights and sounds. Later come back to Shillong Hotel.

Overnight stay at Shillong.
Post breakfast, head for the half-day excursion trip to Shillong. First, visit Japanese-style Lady Hydari Park. Now, you'll travel from Shillong to Guwahati. On reaching, check-in at the hotel and later, go out for a visit to the Kalakshetra, where they exhibit a light and sound show displaying Assamese culture and history or you can go for shopping around the city. Finally, return to the hotel and spend the night.

In the morning, after breakfast, check out from the hotel. Then, firstly, visit the famous Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati. At around 3pm you can opt for an evening cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra and enjoy the sunset. After evening cruise proceed to the airport for your onward journey. Your 3 States Tour Package ends as you drive back to Guwahati
